We collect the following categories of personal information for business purposes:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone number)
- Interaction/Commercial data (booking info, messages, call metadata, outcomes)
- Internet/Technical data (IP, user agent, timestamps)
We use this information to provide and improve the Services, support accounts, secure systems, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We share with processors only to operate the Services.
How We Use Data
- Lead revival, scheduling, missed‑call text‑back, daily digest reporting
- Account administration, support, troubleshooting, and improvement
- Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
Sharing & Subprocessors
We use vetted service providers (processors), including GoHighLevel, Twilio/LC Phone, Mailgun, Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe. See our current list at /subprocessors/.
Retention
- Account & billing: while active + 12 months
- Message logs & booking metadata: 6–18 months
- Backups: up to 30–90 days
Security
Transport encryption (HTTPS); access controls with least privilege; limited production access. We will provide breach notifications without undue delay where required by law.
Your Rights
California residents may request access, correction, or deletion at privacy@leadbeeline.com. We do not “sell” personal information. We share data with processors only to provide the Service.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 16.
